- Refund Disbursement: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Monthly Service Subscriptions: To cancel a monthly subscription, please provide written notice to support@udaypurgroup.com at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests received after this period will be effective from the next billing cycle.
- Project-Based Services: For project-based services, cancellations must be requested in writing. Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly, and you will be responsible for any outstanding payments for work completed.
4. Non-Refundable Services
- Third-Party Costs: Any costs incurred on behalf of the client for third-party services (e.g., advertising fees, software subscriptions) are non-refundable.
- Completed Services: Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client are non-refundable.
